1. The Warranty Program applies to selected Step by Step ladder models listed below:

  • Step by Step Aluminium Single Sided A Shape Step Ladder (SL)
  • Step by Step Aluminium Double Sided A Shape Step Ladder (DSL)
  • Step by Step Aluminium Extension Ladder (P-DEL)
  • Step by Step Aluminium Working Tray Ladder (WTL)
  • Step by Step Aluminium Telescopic Ladder (TSC)
  • Step by Step Aluminium Multipurpose Ladder (MPL)

2. This covers on manufacturer’s defect on step only.

3. Damages on steps caused by misuse, accidents, modifications or wear and tear are not covered.

4. Warranty service is valid for one (1) time repair only. No replacement equipment will be provided.

5. Warranty activation and service request must include valid proof of purchase.

6. Warranty registration must be submitted within 14 days from the Invoice Date.

7. The Invoice Date must match the receipt/invoice uploaded.

8. Warranty is valid for West Malaysia only.

9. Service processing generally takes up to 14 working days or more depending on inspection results.

10. Customers must contact us directly for any warranty enquiries or follow-up.
